If you are lucky enough to have a reasonably large garden, you may find that just one garden parasol doesn’t meet your needs. While they are available in different sizes, you could find that even the largest size isn’t going to be good enough for what you want.
The other limiting thing about a garden parasol is of course the fact that it is limited to the one space. Let’s say for example you have a garden table set out on a patio area and you have a parasol set up with it. What do you do if you decide you want to sit out at the end of the garden instead? If it is too sunny you won’t be able to do it unless you move the parasol and the table up to the other end of the garden as well.
As you can see this is hardly the most practical solution to opt for. You cannot use the parasol on its own because it is designed to be supported by a garden table. And moving everything is not exactly a five minute job.
So you need to consider how it will work and whether you could justify having more than one parasol in your garden. If you decide it is a good idea to do this, you could focus on making another part of your garden completely different to the main patio area with its table and parasol and chairs.
The chances are that your second area could be one for relaxing and getting some peace and quiet in, rather than entertaining friends and family. Let’s say you pick an area further up the garden in a quieter spot further away from the house. How about buying a bistro style table with two chairs, complete with a smaller parasol as well?
Another option would be to purchase a freestanding parasol that can be used to shade a couple of sun loungers. This would be ideal for those who love relaxing and perhaps reading a book in the garden.
Whichever way you think of it, there are some excellent solutions to be had when you start considering having more than one parasol in your garden. Not only does it mean you don’t have to keep on moving the same one, it also means you can enjoy having more than one area to relax in.
